Beware arrogance in the face of biology.
The Land of Milk and Honey suffers no fools.
I love ribeyes but you can’t convince me honey is not divine.

quoting note1aey…2jd4The amount of arguments I’ve been ensnared in about honey and fruit are crazy. I really believe it’s the junkie part of the lizard brain defending its addiction to sugar completely overruling the logical part of the brain.
Honey provides hardly anything beneficial and it’s a massive concentrated dose of fructose, glucose and sucrose - terrible for the human organism. Fruit provides very little nutrition and the bad (fructose / glucose, lectins, carcinogens, anti-nutrients, & fiber) far outweigh the small bit of bioavailable nutrient.
Logically there is no case to be made that these foods are healthy. They just taste good.
