A tale of two cities (countries):
In #Paris, apartment prices have quadrupled since 2000; response: the city is building #socialhousing with an aspiration that by 2035, 30% (!!) of all housing within the ring road will be social housing.
In #London, equally housing has become unaffordable to anyone on normal wages, but what does the UK Govt. do? Stoke house prices with 'help' for first time buyers & continues constraining any building of social housing.
