- no. Podman is sufficiently compatible that I once used it for almost a week without realizing that the system I was using didn’t have “docker”. The people telling you that there are *no* weird incompatibility problems are wrong of course, I did eventually discover that the system was podman because networking esoterica behaved in some very different ways. I guess on windows with wsl2 you can just ignore the lack of a native windows situation (docker has one), which mostly sucks anyway?
