I've had people do this to me before and the primary motivation for me doing similar was to make sure they were still alive. But if your parents told them you're alive then that should take care of it.
If you still like them even a little you should let them know why you left and that you are okay. Word it as politely as you can and in normie language. Like "Felt dragged down by how much you guys are racist towards Europeans and sexist towards men, had to get out."
If you're so sure he will call you a bigot for being upset then there is no reason to ever read his follow up. But you let him know why.
