Didn't attach the support posts to the piles.
Didn't use ties to attach the beams to the posts.
Didn't fasten the joists to the beams. At all.
Didn't shear nail the joists to the joist hangers.
Didn't install appropriate flashing to protect the ledger and and hangers.
