clients should implement a standardized nip-4e based way to "chat to themself" and sends the data of any kind in a way like signal does. This is a real world problem still unsolved, everyone has data to one of his devices and struggle when need to send it to other devices and every available solution is sub-optimal, expecially for large files. (the spectrum of solutions goes from "a safe not reliable pain in the ass" to "an easy privacy and security nightmare")
