Suppose that all manner of terrible things happens to me in a forested, somewhat mountainous environment. Is there anything I could add to a whistle, signal mirror, bright torch, and EPIRB that could make SAR's job easier?
No, I'm not planning any big hikes or anything, nor any hikes to begin with. But portable ham radio is probably gonna take me to those middle of nowhere places around here.
