NOSTR needs more than just muting.
It needs blocking.
We have bots. Bots can be useful but they’re usually just annoying.
Some bots are stalker bots who, 24/7, monitor activity, typically for creepy, self-serving reasons.

Everyone should mute the following npubs. All they do is follow and unfollow to try to get attention. It’s SPAM.

I would turn off my “follow” notifications but that would mean that I don’t know when someone follows me. Those are useful notifications but these bots are abusing the usefulness of those notifications to SPAM people.

Honestly, I hope I run into the person who owns and runs these bot accounts in real life. I’m not going to incriminate myself, but let’s just say that the bot owner would leave that encounter with a new perspective on life.
