Introduction to live coding using the open source, web-based video synthesiser hydra (http://hydra.ojack.xyz/). The workshop will cover the basics of writing code in real time to create glitchy video effects and generative graphics. We will also explore live camera inputs, and incorporating live visuals into audiovisual performances and DIY websites.
No coding experience necessary! Please bring a laptop and webcam if possible.
