I was posting on another site yesterday, one with autotext suggestions for other members that pop up as you type, when the name of a former VP I worked for appeared. My blood ran cold as I thought about all of the stupid shit this guy said and had me do. This persisted until I went to bed. Suddenly, the soothing, intoxicated Dallas drawl of "Bob" said to me "He's living rent-free inside your head. Start demanding money." Now, I just say "pay up or scram" and he goes away. Try it. It works.
