A lot of times people do not think of repercussions of introducing demons to the setting. Are they evil? Is there like an objective evil in the setting? Are they servants of very powerful aberration? Are they part of entropy destroying the world? Are they the "uncleanness" of nature?
Once you establish something else otherworldly - like aberrations - demons kinda become obsolete unless there is something internal that would cause demons to be.
