I have a monitor set in portrait mode (for reading documents and using character sheets for remote gaming).
With a reload, Firefox and Chrome treat the full-screen browser as portrait, satisfying `orientation: portrait`.
Did not test Edge (it’s Chromium) nor Safari (cannot be arsed to hook up my Mac).
