A capped connection would be a problem, although it would be a problem for all the podcasts the person subscribes to (one rarely just subscribes to one) so someone with a connection like that might well not be a podcast user. It would have to be *severely* capped; audio is a lot smaller than video.
If the capped connection was on mobile only, the user would normally download overnight on their home connection, instead.
