🖤 รςђเչ๏ ⚸🌙 (nprofile…vtxd) i would agree with you, but you used the superlative of "anything" so I have to disagree. There is ONE good thing about American Urban planning. Can you guess it? It's that industrial zones can't be next to residential zones. Why is this a good thing? Because do you really want a steel mill factory spewing out pollution, chemicals, and steel waste right next door to a residential neighborhood? Semi trucks constantly driving down residential streets to get to a warehouse doesn't sound too pleasant. Factories and warehouses make a LOT of loud noises, you don't want to hear an industrial sized hydraulic hammer banging on some metal all night long. And these factories are almost always massive eyesores, I wouldn't want to live next to that. So the separation of these two zones is atleast one good thing about American urban planning. ;)
