I was a little flustered with physical time sheets since my manager is in charge of building maintenance and not in the print shop where I work, so I turned their image-based time sheet into a fillable form with digital signatures, so that I can just email it and my manager can sign it in email to send off to HR. Since everybody's email is a Microsoft account, it's easy to tie a digital ID to their email so it made sense to me. I hope that's not bad form to mess with the archaic system in place.
