Oh, sorry. That was impolite of me. In Canada, it has a completely different connotation. People use it to mean like silly or dumb. No one called mentally disabled people here retarded. So I use it casually. It's not on the list of "bad words" here. Like it's less bad than tranny even.
Uhm I either have ADHD or PTSD or both. 🤷 It's really hard to tell the symptoms apart apparently. I'm treated for PTSD, not ADHD.
