The commercial construction industry is massively behind on technological innovation. Large administrative overheads and adjacent costs are spent by each company pushing paper inefficiently. The only reason it doesn’t sink any individual company is because they’re all equally behind and the playing field is level. Major room for opportunity for those with eyes to see.
