It's a tricky one, I guess, because I am not sure what I'd do with the information, to contemplate whether it is worth the time/money to acquire it.
Are you thinking about people who get as far as getting in touch but then decide not to go ahead? (I've had two so far this year - one had a timescale I couldn't meet, and one (sensibly) wanted a larger firm.)
Or people who got to the website but then didn't get in touch? That seems more like the audience you have in mind, but then I'd need to find a way of persuading them to contact me to let me know why they hadn't contacted me!
