1) On Primal Desktop, I saw that I was given 6mos. of premium for being a long-time user (thank you for that btw, y'all rock 🙏❤️). However the premium did not carry over to my Primal Mobile after updating the app - the Premium page shows that I don't have premium and I can't use the benefits I had on Desktop, like uploading media. How do I connect my premium subscription to my mobile account?
2) This one has been an issue for awhile. As part of trying to solve the above, I signed out, and was going to sign back in. But for some reason I'm getting an error when I enter my nsec. So now I'm stuck and can't get into the app on my phone at all. This is familiar because this same issue happened many months ago; I had to keep trying for several days until it finally randomly worked and let me in, then I never signed out because I was worried I would get locked out like I now am.
If a solution comes out for these issues LMK! Can't wait to get in there and play with all the new features on the mobile app.
