More importantly: currently we have some of the brightest minds on humanity dedicating their time and energy to the financial market, that in and of itself doesn’t aggregate a lot of value to society.

The actual productive sector is less profitable than the financial manipulation and speculation.

We need the right incentives to bring back the bright minds to create, invent and produce.

Can you imagine where we would be as a species if the incentives were aligned with innovation and production? How many great doctors, scientists and engineers do we lose to the financial market every year?
