This is information I'm relaying for FREE. I'm getting a TON of information from various different sources, this was a picture circulating on Snapchat & Telegram. I was and still am shocked to see that. If it's a fake, it's a damn good one and apologize for missleading you. If they declare State Of Emergency today, it's a real possibility.
