Start with TestDisk first, you may be able to recover the partition table. If that fails, you can try photorec to recover the files manually. Best case, you can restore the partition table, and do a backup before putting back into production. Next best option: can't recover the partition table, but can view the contents of the old partition. Worst case, can't see the partition tables at all, but should still be able to recover the files, albeit with truncated file names.
