When Trump takes office in January, and the Ukraine war is still raging, Trump might use Biden's decision today as an excuse for why he couldn't end it upon inauguration, as promised. Maybe irrelevant, but I wonder what it does for the future of US weapons aid to Kyiv to begin in such conditions.
