For me, its a little pub in Herndon, VA called Jimmy's Old Town Tavern. Not quite a dive but nowhere near high class, Jimmy's is a little piece of upstate New York stuck in the DMV. They'll make you real poutine with real cheese curds (best I can tell) and the beef on weck is to die for. If you're lucky and you end up there on a night that ends in Y you can get shitfaced with Jimmy himself.
