* if not complex, just not quite done quite the way I’d want. I guess this is really no different than giving feedback to a more junior team member. But it still takes management time. And it feels awkward because they’re usually a stranger that you have no working relationship with. Is it a random kid you could nurture? Is it someone more senior who genuinely believes in what they’re doing but I disagree?
