Someone further away has installed a gadget that plays pre-recorded message every hour from 5am to 10pm on loudspeakers - sound gets attenuated by the time it reaches me, but can be heard over whatever I'm listening on my desk speakers.
However, what bugs me more is that their clock is drifting and it's now 3 minutes off the mark. Was 2 minutes off only a month ago X-)
