The groupthink (and FOMO) paradigm we've seen in some large accounts who seem absolutely terrified to chart their own way in an evolving social media landscape...has been a revelation. I wouldn't have guessed so many people with influence would be so tied up in knots about changes in social media. 🤷♀️
