#Amtrak FYI: Now that the premium for a refundable fare is down to a few dollars, it's worth buying one and then watching to see if the fare drops as you get closer to the travel day. As in, I just knocked $20 off a $42 Northeast Regional PHL-WAS fare that I'd booked a week ago.
