Can we imagine a world where bitcoin mining happens via a large set of pools, that orchestrate an even larger set of independent downstream miners, such that presently inconceivably small reward shares are streamed daily to the miner operators?
In other words: can we go from a system where ~5 pools aggregate all the hash power to a world where n pools organize a myriad of nano mining operations in a trustless fashion?
