Roding Valley #Parkrun this morning. 236th run at my 54th location, and my 22nd one in Essex, meaning I've now done all the Essex parkruns! Also the first time I've fallen over a Parkrun - missed the edge of a path when dodging some dogs, ankle went from underneath me and ended up sprawled on the grass.
