I never liked Green Day personally. I didn't have anything overtly against them, I just didn't like that style of music. I did like rage against the machine but never really heard them that much in my area as the format of the radio stations didn't match their style. I actually didn't mind the messaging in some of their videos although I thought they had the wrong party pegged as the totalitarians. But when I saw the Soviet star and the chevera logos, I was done.
