That's done. Sunday lunch now cooking in a slow and natural way. If you point the parabolic shields directly into the sun you can get over 150C heat into the oven, less if pointing away slightly. We just put on terrace in a morning and its ready to eat anytime after 2pm. Will not overcook either. The ultimate slow cooker.
