In my view it's time for a war on dogs. They are everywhere, you can hardly go for a walk in the park without being harassed by them, or walk down the street without tripping over a lead. Today another death from mauling.
Urban dwellers don't need pet wolves (farmers do) and their collective consumption of meat is an environmental disaster.
