Sometimes I just don't have the patience to arm-wrestle with attempting to Follow, and even signed in on my own Instance, I cannot reach that other Instance.

So, there's a Selfcare bot out there especially for techies working too hard, but anyone can enjoy/benefit from an occasional nudge.
