Giving mastodon another go.
Update on my last post: happily using #nixos since almost one year. Wayland, impermanence, disko, luks, flakes: all conquered. I'm almost done in the process of migrating even my mum's laptop from mac to nixos (she'll be using unstable, impermanence and plasma 6, with plasma-manager and a mostly-declarative config, so the machine basically resets to my config with a simple reboot).
Also: moved away from most externally hosted services, but that's another post.
