This is very much a good back to sleep day. Got some vertigo from my hormones shifting.

And maybe I'm getting a cold? The weather changed and I spent some time in a hospital.

Or maybe that's the hormones too.

But the whole body ache thing on top of my injured shoulder and swimming vision is not making me think this will be a productive day.
