Yes, it can be done via a web page or REST API. But I think it would be more interesting to standardize it, so that one UI would work for several relays. An example of a more objective use. My game clan wants a private place to communicate, but I don't want to go through the hassle of setting up a relay. Or I want to create a community for hobbyists to exchange information.
