I would like to see Smart Contracts on Bitcoin to have this feature:
A contract where people commit to depositing Bitcoins for a period of,
say, 10 years. If someone of the group withdraws before that time,
that person would pay a fine of for example of 10% of the amount they
deposited to the rest of the participants who continue to follow the
contract.
