Straight off the backyard telescope, I bring you the Spaghetti Nebula! This thing is so visually large that I had to stitch together two panels and it still doesn't quite fit. This beast is 3000 light years away, 160 light years wide, and thought to have formed 40,000 years ago when a neutron star went nova. Very cool!
