Since I hit burnout I can't do what I used to.
It's tough enough to not be able to keep up with all the things society expects you to do, but adding on not being able to do stuff that you used to be able to do is an extra layer. It's hard not to dive into ableism, hating on your body and/or brain, and shame.
So this reminder is as much for me as it is for you - we are not less than because we can do less.
We are all valuable just as we are.
