50% of the time when I switch batches, this happens, unless I close Xcode and re-open. No package.resolved changes between branches.

(This is not a "SPM sucks" post, but rather that the CocoaPods team did an amazing job *as a third party* and solved a lot of hard problems. It was the butt of too many jokes.)
