I think #Threads unspoken strength is its predictability. This is especially important for the media. The same is true with #Instagram and celebrities.
META has pretty much stopped evolving and that suits these groups - understandably so actually.
Many people simply don't have the time to play with new things and that a problem with #society not with them or with #socialmedia.
