I wrote about this before: If you are not able to delete your notes, you don't own your account. At least you published a tool for that now - I found none before.
I expected relays not respecting deletes, they may even just not support them. And if someone has recorded your notes they could just broadcast them again to as many relays they like, rendering the deletes requests useless.
