I love both cities and rural areas, but I think it’s funny how rural folks have this meme that city folks are rude.
People in the city don’t walk in each others’ way, they’re aware of people behind them in line, and they don’t challenge folks they don’t already know. It’s incredible how baseline hostile, unkind, & distrustful of others people in rural areas are… but it’s even more charming how blissfully unaware of all this they are, because the media has told them that “cities are bad.”
