I recently had a thought that I love deep frying food because everyone who has ever deep fried Chinese or Malay or South Indian snacks for me has done it with great love. Therefore, I don’t see it as a difficult or annoying thing to do. It reminds me of love and care.

Also why I would much rather whip out my wok and fry stuff in it than air fry. I am not into air frying. It seems fun, but it doesn’t remind me of love
