Most people who don't vote are apathetic or apolitical. Green Party voters, on the other hand, clearly think voting has value and they are paying enough attention to have opinions about how they'd like the country to be governed, unlike many non-voters. So, if there were no Green Party, most of them would still vote. And most of them would, if they only had a binary choice, vote Dem.
