The company I work for is bragging about the great numbers from Q1. Net sales rose by 25%, operating income, margin and return on capital employed rose as well.

But I can't stop thinking that most of this is related to inflation, and the increased margins and return on capital is related to the employee salaries not rising as much as inflation...

So we, the employees, are getting poorer while the company is getting richer...

I don't like it 😕
