Thank you. I just listened to it. That's the Joe Biden I know. So was the one in the debate, with the exception of the exhaustion and occasional fumble. The common elements are sincerity, compassion, sticking to the point, emphasis on the administration's actual record, on social values like responsibility, equality, justice, living up to the loftier ideals in the Declaration by making them law.
This is the president who's pulling on the right end of the rope.
