Unfortunately, IP addresses don't work that way. We've had ours assigned by the ISP for 3 years and they can't change it. They get assigned address blocks.

A list like:

127.0.0.1 example.com

Is easy to change but IP addresses are a major headache. Above redirects to localhost AKA your own computer and blocks all data to example.com
