Aloha! Have been an instantpot fan since just over a year and sharing my very very most favorite recipe (so far).

Indian coconut chicken curry. I've tried adding different kinds of veg that were on hand and always potatoes for they make the consistency so good.
(Also I make huge batches so my freezer is full with this deliciousness)
